Listings we have removed
When complaints about an agency reach us, we put them to the agency and ask for its side with documentation. If it does not answer, the listing comes down and the reason is published here.

We received multiple complaints from members of the public alleging that this agency took payment and did not deliver the service promised. We asked the agency to respond to the complaints with documentation and it did not provide any. The listing stays down unless that changes.

Report a listing
If an agency listed here has taken your money and not delivered, email hello@visawala.pk with the listing URL, what you paid and any receipts or messages you still have. Visawala Pakistan is a directory: it can remove a listing, but it cannot recover money or act for you. For suspected fraud, report the matter to the FIA Cyber Crime Wing.
These notices describe complaints reported to Visawala Pakistan and each agency's response. They are not findings of any court or regulator. An agency that wants to respond can write to the same address.
